Architecture restructuring

• It is not possible to create singletons in ActionScript 3. Possibly we need to restructure current singleton classes. Singletonitis (why singletons are bad)

Class changes

• FrameDelay no longer necessary? - Class that provides one or more frames delay. Use this when initializing a swf or a bunch of movieclips, to enable the player to do its thing. Update: I do find this class still handy by lack of an AS3 equivalent, so let's keep it.
